Add both selections to your cart ensuring that both rentals are for the exact same dates.
2. ENTER CODE AT CHECKOUT
Enter the code BACKUP at the checkout to receive 50% OFF the second dress (this will apply to the lower priced dress) Complete the checkout process and both dresses will be sent for your selected hire date. The 50% is applied to the lower priced dress of the two.
3. RETURN THE DRESSES
Post back both dresses on your return date. One style must be unworn and in its original condition, you are not permitted to wear both. If you do wear both please let us know so we can invoice you the additional 50% cost of the second dress.

Our backup dress option is designed to give you another choice, just in case your original choice isn't perfect for you. You may wear one of the dresses to your event, but are NOT permitted to wear both.

If both dresses are worn, you are required to pay the full rental price of the back up dress, less the fee already paid.
If you wear either the backup dress, or the full priced option, unfortunately we do not refund the difference in price between the two. Both dress selections must be booked for the same hire dates. Orders will not be accepted if BACKUP code is used to hire two dresses on two separate occasions - if this does occur we will get in contact to discuss cancelling the second order or amend the booking.
The backup dress option is NOT available for orders that have attended a try-on appointment.
